Mid Sussex Labour Party members

The Mid Sussex Labour Party covers Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Hurstpierpoint & Hassocks and surrounding villages. We have a branch of the party in each of the three towns.

We are an active local Labour Party, initiating campaigns on both national and local issues, such as Rail Privatisation, Living Wage, local parking charges and Town Centre redevelopment plans which have received a lot of local support.

We are an eclectic bunch of people who all believe in Labour’s core values and try to find modern solutions to uphold those values and are very vocal in getting our views and ideas heard.

As well as being Labour supporters and activists we are very sociable and hold regular events including Summer and Christmas parties and Quiz Nights, and are looking at more informal ways of engaging people in discussion such as meetings in pubs or coffee bars.

We welcome all new members and value those we already have, everyone who joins us can be certain of a very warm welcome, and everybody’s voice will be heard.

Life’s not always as fair as we’d like – but society should be!

If you see us out and about come and say hello – we are a friendly bunch and always ready to chat!

We are not just an Election Party – we are a 365 day a year party, keep an eye on our Website and Facebook Pages for details of what we are up to.
